One of the main things our guests and our members love about Mercy Crossing is the loving, friendly atmosphere.  From the time you pull into the parking lot until you leave the building, you are shown how much we appreciate you being here. 

First, Parking Attendants are stationed to give direction and to guide our first time guests to a specially designated area.  Then guests are warmly greeted at the door and given any printed materials needed for the service. 

As you make your way to the sanctuary, the Welcome Team and our Usher Team are available to point out areas of interest such as restrooms, classrooms and Children’s Church facilities.  Even during Morning Worship, we provide time for greeting one another.  You will notice lots of genuine smiles and you may share quite a few handshakes! 

After service, you may pick up a free gift at the Media Center just for being a guest.  Lastly, when we receive your address through the guest registration form attached to the bulletin, you will be sent a letter from Pastor Poe and an invitation to our next New Friends’ Luncheon.  There you will be served a nice meal and have a chance to meet our pastors and staff.
